I have cherished my time at VIA. I have learned from such highly accredited and successful individuals in the field. I have been provided with high quality continuing education and ongoing training. VIA has entire teams dedicated on enhancing and improving in all areas as an organization. They listen and value input from their employees. They offer employee benefits and incentives. VIA has a fantastic HR team as well.
Cons
Small growing pains as the site I work at expands. Typically when construction is involved, the end result will be so worth it!
