      Some people are nice, trying to help.

      Cons

      Mainly Asians, only technical positions get paid well, and rigid. Always no budget, but when it comes to tech people, budget is not an issue.

      Flexible working time, and lots of parking spaces.

      Pros

      Technically interesting work. Nice location near the beach. Nice people at the location where I worked. Flexible hours available. Travel per diem offered.

      Cons

      401k not the best. Stock options given were worthless. Lower wages than other employers for a similar position. Late evening conference calls with China. Language barriers.
