      Pros

      1) The entire team is amazing and extremely supportive. Even while working remotely, you never feel alone as help is always just a ping away. 2) Plenty of learning opportunities, especially in the hosting domain. 3) Best-in-class compensation with good appraisal hikes. 4) Strong job security. 5) Excellent work-life balance with flexible working hours. 6) Team leads are highly supportive and approachable.

      Cons

      No significant cons. Spent around three years here and had a great learning experience from the ground up.

      Pros

      VIPoint offers versatility when compared to other hosting companies. The serene and friendly atmosphere in the company is one of the reasons why I'm here. The understanding, bonding and co operation among the employees as a team is really appreciable.

      Cons

      The working schedule is a bit tight. Two days off in a week if granted , would be a relaxation for the techs.
