Pros

Flexible hours, monthly events and encouragement for work/life balance in all employees. Management staff always willing to work through things as a family member would.

Cons

Sometimes homeowners and/or board members are hard to work with. But, if you educate them on the processes, it usually helps them understand. Try to remember that people are mad at the processes, not exactly the person. Sometimes it is hard not to take it personal.

Pros

The atmosphere in the office is laid back and everyone gets along. Upper management is responsive to the needs of employees. The company is growing and benefits and compensation, and holiday bonuses are competitive. The company has a customer service support staff that greatly assists the management teams in providing service to the homeowners. The company hosts fun activities for staff from time to time.

Cons

Hours can be long for salaried employees at certain times of year. Work can be stressful but that's normal in any service-related industry.
