Pros
1. Colleagues are friendly, decent and religious minded. Their work ethics have no vanity to step over others. 2. Office is at good location. Environement is comparatively quiet and clean. Perfect for attentive works. 3. You get salary on time to your bank account.
Cons
1. There is no standard chain of command. Boss does what he thinks, rejecting other's opinions directly with own logic. 2. Employees need to show work rather than doing it. When you work in collaboration, boss have doubt that you are wasting work hours. 3. Boss misbehaves and often bullies whom he does not like that much. HR is also a stupid and afraid of boss, He literally acts as his puppet. 4. Boss relies blindly on 2 people who praise him. They are not accused of breaking any office rules ever! They play games for hours but HR does not warn them. 5. No lunch time at office in 2024! How inhuman! They tell you to eat ASAP and return to desk for work. You can smoke at balcony, but you cannot relax or leave office. 6. Office has no intention to keep loyal and experienced employees happy. Boss thinks he owns large company, so he can get anyone anytime. The employee count became less than half in one year. 7. One specific department gets privilege over others. All departments do not get the same dignity and facility. Racist mindset by boss. 8. Boss is extremely miserly person, Does not even spend extra 10 tk for office function. Forces employees to attend on special days. Does not let them turn on AC in extreme temperature to save bills. 9. Every opinion and videos are scripted. Office posts fake positive reviews on Glassdoor, Clutch and others to hide the negative ones. 10. Salary increment is poor. Salary negotiation is worst. Some colleagues got half my salary even with bigger KPI. They do not give festival bonuses to everyone. 11. HR system is s!@#! They rewarded employees who save causal leaves yet quit without notice after salary! They do not even recognize honest regular attendants. 12. If anyone wants to leave after completing yearly agreement, HR thinks them enemy! Ridiculous! 13. My maid eats better than the office lunch (partially subsidized). Worst 10tk snacks and unhealthy tea.
