Pros
Junior members were hard-working, passionate, and could find their own inspiration despite the demoralizing conditions.
Cons
Self-proclaimed C-Suite would belittle anyone who wasn't "in the club". New positions were made most likely as favors or ways to line their own pockets. They just as easily talk behind your back as they do smile at you. Normal everyday perks for all staff members, regardless of rank. were taken by upper management which eventually got so bad they had the new "open floor plan" staff members by the door taking the phone calls and opening the door for visitors and deliveries. Their diversity and inclusion initiative is a joke. We can see right through it. Take a look at their PR. Not exactly the narrative they spend so much time (but not effort) talking about. The worst part, upper management saw a pandemic as an opportunity to line their pockets. First staff members were fine due to government funding. Somehow that didn't last past June. Whoever was left was doing the jobs of many and told to be grateful. A shameful shell of its former glory The city should be embarrassed, probably investigated, for sending any funds here now. This "tourism agency" was milked for all its worth in a matter of months by greedy individuals with a complete disregard for those that took a job already had bad compensation compared to equal positions elsewhere. The corruption here will likely be taught in history books soon.
