      Completely remote, job so you can pay the bills

      Lots of micromanagement, outdated methods of recruiting, nothing is really done with the feedback you give, very low base pay and low percentage of commission

      Pros

      Great company to work for with a lot of really great people. Nice building, hybrid work, good company culture.

      Cons

      VISTA was acquired by Ingenovis Health a few years ago and since Ingenovis has decimated a lot of positions. Laying off a lot of employees, some right before Christmas. I would not say this is a con for VISTA, but more for Ingenovis who owns VISTA.
