Pros
Block schedule instead of 9 to 5, offering freedom. I love freedom over guaranteed hours. Remote, work from home. It was perfect for my personal needs, although depending on who you ask, the pay wasn't that great. Sure I'd get $30 to $35 an hour, but in a year I only hit almost 30k total. 25-30k.
Cons
Laid off due to company being lazy. They've been downsizing once or twice a year and my time finally came on the chopping block. They weren't interested in re-training nor retaining employees. After training (they haven't hired since fall of 2021) you're on your own.
