Just An Odd Company - Anonymous Employee VIVOTEK Employee Review

Honestly, probably one of the most bizarre companies I have ever worked for. They seem super frugal and stingy with their money and only care about the bottom line. Employees have to jump through hoops with Finance to get reimbursed for expenses such as business trips and conferences. There seems to be no room for career progression, sales reps become Regional Sales Managers and thats pretty much it. Pay schedule is odd, and there is no set schedule for commission pay outs. They want the best talent but thats going to come at a cost that they don't want to pay.
