Earning potential isn't great even if you hit targets. Managers don't seem to care about customers only hitting targets and that comes from the top. I regularly see aggressive sales practices and if those people hit their targets they are congratulated.

A great place to work. I started my RPA career 5 years ago on the largest RPA project of its kind at that period in time. Following completion of that project, I wanted to gain experience in using Uipath (I had already used Automation Anywhere extensively) and also remain a Glasgow based worker. I have quickly highlighted some pros below; - Good , complex and varied client projects. - Flexible working with a firm focus on employee day to day requirements (child school runs etc) - Excellent array of experience and knowledge within the team - One of only 10 Uipath UK partners now handling large scalable automations - Benchmark setting for attended automations notably in the contact centre space and Energy provider space.

Tbh I can't think of any
