      Don’t expect however: - Appreciation for your work in any shape or form (in terms of salary, verbally, promotionally or other) - Transparent work environment, where you know what is going on within your team or see the “big picture” - Big career or growth in the foreseeable future and sufficient support for that - A balanced atmosphere

      Amazing place to work. Incredibly talented people and strong leadership

      Insurance is UHC which is not ideal.

      Pros

      While VML MAP has a great opportunity to work with some amazing clients, they so grossly mismanage the business that they are their own worst enemy.

      Cons

      No opportunity for learning or job growth, no processes or procedures, no accountibility, rudderless ship
