Pros

This field should be banned because they literally do not have any pros.

Cons

The so-called ‘boss’ of this company desperately needs to look in the mirror and realise he has single-handedly destroyed any concept of a healthy workplace. He isn’t a leader-he’s a control freak glued to his cabin seat, obsessed with micromanaging every breath his employees take. People can’t talk, walk, smile, or even exist without his suffocating interference. He’s the outdated caricature of an “old-school boss” who confuses ruling with leading and misery with productivity. The toxic environment he breeds crushes people mentally until they are left with no option but to quit just to survive. That’s why his company is a revolving door, because who in their right mind would willingly subject themselves to such daily torture? And let’s not forget, nobody in the industry even knows what Volume does. Maybe if he spent less time policing pee breaks and more time actually building something meaningful, this place wouldn’t be a laughing stock. Here’s some free advice: stop mistaking fear for respect, stop suffocating people, and for once in your life, try being a decent human being. Until then, this organisation will remain nothing more than a graveyard of wasted potential and broken spirits.

Pros

Got some good things to work on.

Cons

The copy team lead needs to start from the basics, like learning some human decency and how to behave with colleagues.
There’s actually a very thick line between constructive criticism and plain demeaning, and the lead seems to miss it completely. You’ll find a lot of scrutiny on your check‑in time, but check‑out time? Good luck. Instructions come from all directions, and if things go wrong, the copywriter gets blamed. Always. People don’t speak up even when it’s clearly their fault. After handling all the brands when no other copywriter was hired or available, and working on campaigns the firm still promotes as success stories, I was told I wasn’t doing well enough. It’s a non‑conducive environment filled with politics, favoritism, god complexes in top positions, and salary deductions that just make it more demotivating.
