He isn’t a leader-he’s a control freak glued to his cabin seat, obsessed with micromanaging every breath his employees take. People can’t talk, walk, smile, or even exist without his suffocating interference. He’s the outdated caricature of an “old-school boss” who confuses ruling with leading and misery with productivity. The toxic environment he breeds crushes people mentally until they are left with no option but to quit just to survive. That’s why his company is a revolving door, because who in their right mind would willingly subject themselves to such daily torture? And let’s not forget, nobody in the industry even knows what Volume does. Maybe if he spent less time policing pee breaks and more time actually building something meaningful, this place wouldn’t be a laughing stock. Here’s some free advice: stop mistaking fear for respect, stop suffocating people, and for once in your life, try being a decent human being. Until then, this organisation will remain nothing more than a graveyard of wasted potential and broken spirits.
