Pros

Creative dialogue, Interesting Work but

Cons

Falsely advertised expectations set during entry as they claim work life balance (most creative places don’t have that but set out the expectations correct for people coming in), some politics and favouritism is obviously there. Second Saturdays are also working which isn’t mentioned prior to joining

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’d like to clarify that Saturdays are non-working days at our organization. If an individual chooses to complete pending tasks, it is a personal decision, not a company requirement. We maintain clear, achievable timelines and communicate expectations transparently to ensure accountability and balance. We’re glad you found the work engaging and wish you continued success ahead.

Pros

This field should be banned because they literally do not have any pros.

Cons

The so-called ‘boss’ of this company desperately needs to look in the mirror and realise he has single-handedly destroyed any concept of a healthy workplace. He isn’t a leader-he’s a control freak glued to his cabin seat, obsessed with micromanaging every breath his employees take. People can’t talk, walk, smile, or even exist without his suffocating interference. He’s the outdated caricature of an “old-school boss” who confuses ruling with leading and misery with productivity. The toxic environment he breeds crushes people mentally until they are left with no option but to quit just to survive. That’s why his company is a revolving door, because who in their right mind would willingly subject themselves to such daily torture? And let’s not forget, nobody in the industry even knows what Volume does. Maybe if he spent less time policing pee breaks and more time actually building something meaningful, this place wouldn’t be a laughing stock. Here’s some free advice: stop mistaking fear for respect, stop suffocating people, and for once in your life, try being a decent human being. Until then, this organisation will remain nothing more than a graveyard of wasted potential and broken spirits.
