      Pros

      People are overall nice No overtime work

      Cons

      It's a revolving door company! Worst management Lots of yelling and emotion here No respect from upper level(sales side) No creativity at all( If you wish to learn something from here, the answer is no) Super crowded office with all bunch of fabrics and samples everywhere two people can't even walk through together. Only two days PTO and little sick hours Don't see any career path here nothing to put on resume

      Pros

      Small team, learn a lot, free lunches on Fridays, decent work/life balance for the fashion industry, and some nice people

      Cons

      Overall there's a bad office environment with the upper management, not much room for any creativity, poor communication, and the salaries/benefits aren't great

      NONE! I should of believed the Glassdoor reviews . All true!

      Cons

      Owner has no clue on how to run a business in the US. No vacation or personal pay for 1 year lose pay for days off. It's criminal the way they run it. No break or time for lunch. No training or direction. Finger print sign in and out you can work late but docked if your late . It has to be illegal.
