At VOYA, teamwork and collaboration are something we place a strong emphasis on and consistently score very highly in our internal engagement feedback. We aim to create an environment where colleagues support one another, share knowledge and work together across departments. We’re therefore sorry to hear that this was not your personal experience during your time with us. As a growing company with both on-site and remote colleagues, we are continuously working to strengthen communication and cross-department collaboration. Your feedback around training on systems, knowledge sharing between teams, and creating opportunities for more interaction is appreciated and aligns with many of the initiatives we continue to develop internally.
