Pros
In the beginning you will be praised and given bonuses, gifts, and bought lunch. The work load is small and manageable and you will be acceptable with open arms like family. They have have theses too good to be true morals, code of conduct and benefits.
Cons
This place is incredibly image focused. They have an insane turn around and in my 4 months there, 8 employees left or were terminated from the company. Management is fake and all the fluffy words praise and team spirit is not only demanded but enforced. You will be salaried at a low rate and asked and expected to work well over 40 hours a week (I was working 60 to 75 hours) and if anything happens to you or in your personal life, you will be made to suffer for it at work. Expect within 3 to 4 months to be completely burned out and treated terribly or secluded by the executive team. They also do not make good on their promises at all. If you become overwhelmed at all and voice your concerns, you will be hushed and belittled.
