Super flexible working hours, especially during the numerous lockdowns. Coworkers actually taught me and shared experiences with me, that I could use in my coming years of university and future employments

Our department was understaffed for a short time. But this was expected, since we were a new sub-department. Workflow was still in its infancy, so some projects fell short or got rushed.

Ich fühle mich rundum wohl bei der VRM. Es gibt sehr gute Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und spannende, zukunftsreiche Projekte. Zusätzlich viele Mitarbeiterangebote, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und eine Kantine.

Es gibt immer auch noch Luft nach oben.
