Clean well organized environment and good monthly bonuses.

Toxic culture with absolutely no training program and no support from upper management. Lots of Sales and Engineering folks and they all have their own little kliqs and if you are not part of it then you are gossiped and talked about badly. The people on the production floor are terrific but management is horrible with no communication or support at all. I had never had a complaint or negative comment with my performance and was suddenly let go with no reason given and the person hired in my position after me recently contacted me and said the same happened to them and that were also let go after one year with no reason given.
