Easy to get hired on here

Do not work for VSS Security. The Branch Manager will lie to you about posts to give her favorite employees the best hours and best pay. I found out from other officers they are getting $2.00 more per hour than me and she tells me that she can't pay more at the site. I keep asking for 40 hours and she tells me there are no hours available to give me 40. Now she avoids my phone calls and always has excuses not to talk to me. They have ads out for hiring and I even called the office pretending to be someone else looking for a job and was told they have plenty of hours. I also believe this has something to do with my race as I am not the same as her and some of her favorites. If you apply be careful as she will lie to you and cheat you out of pay. I hear about officers getting in trouble all the time, not showing up and still having a job, yet those of us that show up every day get shafted. The clearly do not care about their employees like they say. There is no open door policy here and unless you are one of her favorites and like her you will get no where.
