Pros
Good salary package and some good people around. Part of a China's Forex conglomerate that's head by Vantage, Startraders, PU Prime, VTmarkets and Ultimarkets.
Cons
Super high churn rate for various reasons. I rather not discuss what are the cons in public domain. Do try it out if you have the chance, its an excellent halfway-house for those who need some experience and a salary. Whether to stay longterm would very much depends on your personal taste and tolerance.
