      Pros

      Great environment, especially for young professionals looking to make their mark on the world and provide a real contribution to a company and an important mission. You take your own ideas and run with them, and it’s refreshing to be trusted to get on with things instead of micromanaged.

      Cons

      This is 100% remote so if you thrive in the office then it’s not going to be a good fit.
