      Pros

      Autonomy, peers with experience and a great work hard/play hard style. You can't help but be enthused after meeting and speaking with others in the company. There are so many people to learn from and what the top producers have created truly is impressive and rare in the industry.

      Cons

      The enthusiasm seems to only exist when a large group is together and doesn't always translate to the offices individually.

      Vaco placed me in an IT Governance/Architecture contract role at $xxx/hour and was hands-on throughout the entire process. They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
