      Pros

      No micromanagement depending on your team leader Extremely friendly and welcoming team, but not higher management Full flexibility in terms of remote work

      Cons

      Opportunities for growth in terms of positions but not salaries. Terrible salaries. Even after 2+ years in the company they wouldn't even increase it 5% Crazy outsourcing. I was working with languages that I have never had any exposure to, just to make the most of my paid time.
