Pros
*Sincere, humble leadership team that truly cares and inspires. Truly…no BS. These guys rock! *New ideas welcome -- dream it, make a business case for it, build it! *Performance based freedom. Earn it - Receive it. *Strong and ethical busines practices - do it right. *"Safe" environment. You can make mistakes. Creates a healthy teamwork. No backstabbing *Results, results, results. Get the results. Own your territory - make it happen. They have historically focused on the results and not micromanaging activity (which can always be "embellished"). *Ability to become a "partner". Key focus is creating a strong career path for their employees. *Low turnover - High performing peers. Work with the best of the best. Typically hire seasoned performers. *Compensation - unlimited *Great rewards, recognition, parties, trips, etc. "FUN" is well-spoken at Vaco, LLC *"Outlaws Welcome" - A great culture - not a "cult".
Cons
Replication - Ability to replicate the culture into new markets is a challenge. Communication - Communication between headquarters, markets, etc. could be improved. Perhaps invest in technology platforms that promote communication (or even simple company wide facebook page that is kept private for employees only) Onboarding - Difficult with so many locations, but I struggled with technology, passwords, etc. for several weeks. Unsure of who to go to, etc. Marketing materials, website, etc.
