Pros

No pros Pay too Low and too much requisitions and work colleagues culture off hipócrits

Cons

Poor & lack of Refrigeration training & they pretend all is known at the PLC with adiabatic or all types of systems they have . Bosses in plural following up in programming but documentation all scattered at share drive guessing Functional descriptions many issues . In reality traveling too much is other problem and no family time with 3 weeks on a project and NO TIME TO TRAIN YOU. A loss of time a cheap company and Medical benefits are way low budget

Pros

You will meet some great people with whom you can share war stories after you quit... Seriously, you will quit. Soon. You will learn a lot about refrigeration, which may be a useful skill if you are interested in refrigeration.

Cons

This company has more turnover than a compact car that careens off a cliff. My friend use to keep track of how many times a new internal phone list was issued. He estimated there to be about 95% turnover within 5 years. What is more caustic than sulfuric acid? Answer: the environment you will bathe in daily if you work here. You will be made to feel stupid. Like you could do no right. Try as you might to avoid it, this vile environment will bleed over in to your personal life. Just wait until the first Saturday that you are unexpectedly called in to work on some project with an undefined due date. The CEO works Saturdays and I think he gets lonely...

VaCom's leadership team was aware of this employee’s concerns and made every possible effort to address them and help this individual be successful and satisfied. We regret that this employee felt their experience was negative, and we wish them well.
