Pros
You'll meet some decent people working there and for some reason other companies actually respect Vail Resorts. You'll also get a free ski pass ($599 value) but since most accounting got moved to Broomfield it could be hard to take advantage of.
Cons
The pay is probably the worst in the hospitality industry, which is not high to begin with. If you have a bachelors degree in accounting don't expect to make more than $12 an hour to start off. Health benefits for a single person run over $160 a month and the coverage isn't great. Also, promotions are very weird and do not make sense. It seems people are "promoted" on a horizontal level from department to department. It is not uncommon for someone to go from selling lift tickets on the mountain to auditing. Very corporate setting with a lot of bureaucracy and favoritism.
