Pros
Great people, autonomy, ski pass, work-hard/play-hard environment, people not miserably working their lives away I was only a contractor in the corporate office, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the moment I got there. The people live the mission, which is very nice. Another nice thing about the culture was that there was never a time when someone didn't hold the door for me. It was very refreshing to see men always let ladies go first, even in the coffee line. There is a culture of respect for each other- not a lot of complaining behind each other’s back (at least that I saw on my team)- which is priceless. I was still given an Epic pass for every member of my family, which was a really nice perk. I am also considered an employee until the winter season is up, so I still get all the discounts that go along with being an employee. No employer is perfect. Yes, it has the normal large corporate issues, but so will every major corporation. Great gig while it lasted with lots of freedom to get my job done. Pretty much the culture of the team was “Don’t give me a reason to worry about you not getting your work done. Be an adult and do your stuff.” I had a good time, which is rare to say about this thing we call “work.”
Cons
Normal corporate stuff- like any large corporate orgainzation
