Discounts on products that you hopefully are passionate about. Ski Pass. Ok benefits. There are some good people here just not in the right positions.
Cons
Upper Management, lack of employee retention, lack of development and training. Work life balance. They say that work life balance is an important part of the company but you will be made to feel bad if you take time off or put in less than 12 hours a day.
