      The pay plus tips usually averaged double to triple minimum wage for simple low skilled work

      Cons

      The management was not the greatest and scheduling was almost always last minute and would conflict with availability previously discussed with the employer.

      Pros

      you are able to have freedom to do your job without being mico managed at every turn, as long as you are focused and dedicated to doing a good job and doing things the right way there is not a lot over strict managing.

      Cons

      not great benefits or long term room for growth.
