Pros
Vale offers a lot of opportunities to develop and learn. It is very big and has developed very much in the recent years. It has a good work enviroment and has recently improved its work life balance, which is very important.
Cons
It is a "young" company and still has an organizational culture to evolve. Still hasn't developed a few important conepts about leadership and people development, but it is going in that direction.
