      The company founders treated me exceptionally well, the work was both interesting and professionally satisfying, and the potential for growth is basically unlimited.

      Cons

      Very minor growing pains, but overall the best job I have ever had.

      The best part of working at Valencell was working on products that helped people and improved their lives. In addition, it was great to work with people who were kind, intelligent, and shared the goal of wanting to create products that helped people.

      Cons

      There was not much room for career growth due to the flat management structure of the company.
