Pros
The benefits are the best ever. The college closes for Winter Break, Spring Break, three days for Thanksgiving and on five Fridays during the summer, in addition to many days of vacation. Valencia College is a great resource for students and the community, so your work makes a difference.
Cons
Pay is low if you didn’t get your foot in the door years ago. It was once a collaborative environment, but that culture is gone.
