A typical Indian firm. The company has a worst work culture and management at Bangalore office. Facilities are low standard to work. Limited policies in place. employees struggle to survive with the given poor infrastructure. Laptops are old/low configured and outdated IT infrastructure with no mouse/keyboard/monitor. Poor employee treatment. Managers are unapproachable hence employees are scared to even approach them. Employee grievances are never addressed professionally and most of them are unanswered for long time. Unprofessional and unethical practices are followed. Employees are terminated with vague reasons within the probation period. Unfair employee treatment with poor employee communication. All the reviews on Glassdoor and google reviews are manipulated internally. No proper cafeteria for employees during breaks, low engagement, inadequate appreciation or employee recognition, No employee benefits, having a psychological contract with no written roles and responsibilities, there’s likely a disconnect between the company’s projected image and the actual work culture. quiet quitting and infant attrition is too high.
