- Little to no space to have your voice heard - Incredibly overworked - Regular downsizing/retrenchments so not much in the way of job security - Happy clappy whitewashing - a lot of "think/talk positive" (even though one of the company values all about transparency and honesty even when it's uncomfortable), not really addressing issues, not actually given the space to discuss difficulties in practice - Huge lack of transparency in the company in general - No space for upward mobility - No raise after over two years of being there
