Pros

Opportunities for personal growth; Opportunities to learn but at a VERY high price. R&D is full of very capable people. It's a true international environment. Opportunity to travel

Cons

Managers are abusing staff for no reason often publicly too. Bully attitude is put in place whenever you raise a real concern. You won't be evaluated for what you do. Extremely high staff turnaround including senior managers < 6months --> if you don't fit ( if they don't like you) you are out one way or another. I work in a very small team and 3 colleagues left in 2 months. 3 other colleagues are looking for Jobs. Several other people left and are leaving in other Departments at a daily rate. Complete lack of real training. Far from being a Lean company with standards and processes in place ( what you would expect from a Global Automotive Company). I wouldn't take again a job in here.

Pros

Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
