Pros

If you already have solid technical experience this is not the best place for you. Good step stone if you want to learn with midlevel experience. Work from home policies . Good health insurance. Work life balance depending on your position.

Cons

Low compensation compared to the market unless you keep pushing . Work life balance depending on your position. Profit sharing and bonuses is only made for the management not for technical team. (with few exceptions where multiple road blocks will be added for you not to get it) Top notch technical members switching to management because they know they can get compensated much better, leaving gap in the product knowledge. Or they just leave. No trainings for technical team to expose them to new technologies Immigration policies are written with so much bureaucracy to wear you out .

Pros

Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
