Excellent benefits, bonuses, vacation, community minded, usually concerned with doing what is right even if its not standard policy.
Cons
Raises are really mostly cost of living adjustments. The expectation to work hard is always there which is fine, but every missed day is counted carefully. Sometimes it feels like their attitude is: if you don't like it, leave.
