Pros
They have a great company culture - very important to give back to the community. Pretty much everyone there has an open door policy and willing to help out and help you learn. My department was great at taking me in and making feel like I really belonged.
Cons
Like every other company, some pains trying to get some tasks accomplished - mainly maintenance related - if your particular task didn't rank high enough or "add value to the company" it got pushed to the next week.
