Pros

The people on my team are fantastic to work with. PTO time is generous.

Cons

This company is not at all the same one that I started working for. I loved it when I started. They just laid off more than 100 employees in December while at the same time getting rid of our Home division which only a year ago, we were told was going to be a main priority to sell and add their services. I saw a response on here saying it was less than 2% of our total workers, but that's only if you include part time valets. If you look at full time workers, that number is far larger. We lost a lot of good people, and we have lost a lot more over the last year. The company also started laying people off quietly before they did the "big" layoff last month. At the same time as the layoff, they announced to the rest of us that they were doing away with our 401K match for at least 2023. They claim it can always come back, but I believe once it's gone, it's too hard to bring back. So we now have more work put on us and with the taking away of the match, we're doing it for less money. Our operations is a mess. Nothing has been done to improve our actual service levels. We can't pick up the trash every night, we aren't taking observation photos for our clients and every day, we are getting yelled at by clients. It's draining. Now we are supposed to be focusing on "retaining" customers, but without operations improving, it won't happen. We have a horrible reputation that is making selling harder and harder. We don't know what our quota will look like for 2023 yet, but we have been told that it will more than likely be higher than it was last year. Most of us didn't hit our sales quota last year so what does that mean for our commission this year? The top executives are so far removed from what is actually happening in the regions, and they truly have no idea on how to make things better nor do they listen to the people who do know what it's like. Our manager is going along with things, but I know they don't have the confidence in what we're providing either. I don't blame front line operations as they are making due with what they have. Run, don't walk away from working here. There are so many more opportunities out there that will pay more, give you a 401K match and won't cause you so much stress.

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
