Pros

You can work remotely for part of the day.

Cons

You will be expected to answer phone calls and emails for about 70 hours a week. The job is nothing like the job description. Be ready to do front-line work plus constantly hire and respond to angry clients.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your honesty and we're sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. At Valet Living, we value our associates and strive to create a positive and productive work environment. We understand that the job responsibilities can be demanding at times, but we do our best to support our associates and provide them with the resources they need to succeed. We would like to clarify that the job description provided to you during the hiring process is a general overview of the role and responsibilities. However, as our business evolves, the job requirements may change and additional responsibilities may be required. We apologize if this was not made clear to you at the outset. We take all feedback seriously, and we will use your comments to evaluate our current processes and make improvements where necessary. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

Cons

No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
