Valet Living Response
2y
I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience working for Valet Living, and thank you for sharing your feedback. Each property serviced will vary in the expected timeframe to complete and in most instances, if a property only takes an hour or less, our associate would be assigned additional local properties. We do take associate safety seriously and while our associates do work in inclement weather conditions, we will suspend or pause servicing properties if the weather creates a hazardous situation. Thank you again for this feedback. We wish you all the best.
Flexible hours, good pay, minimal customer service needed
Cons
Unreasonable time budgets, will not cover broken equipment, constantly changing standards and pick up requirements, management is not clear with expectations until you've already failed them and performance reviews are inaccurate, some managers are great but most are not
