Pros

It is a 5 days a week nightly great workout working alone sense in Pride of your properties which are the same ones every night Time off if needed with advanced notice. Great area manager supervisor. Easily to contact and talk to.

Cons

Don't get paid for any holidays so if you have the night off when you go to work you have twice as much material to handle. The owners of the company still trying to get properties under contract that they have no clue how long or hard it takes to do properties if it's brand new. I think the leads need to be more on site and help new employees better.

We do collaborate with property management to ensure tenants are well-informed about the service and to reduce the burden on our Service Valet's. While we strive to improve this communication, it is challenging to determine if property management is consistently providing the proper protocols to tenants or if tenants are paying attention to the information. Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, minimal customer service needed

Cons

Unreasonable time budgets, will not cover broken equipment, constantly changing standards and pick up requirements, management is not clear with expectations until you've already failed them and performance reviews are inaccurate, some managers are great but most are not
