We understand your concerns regarding holiday pay and the increased workload when returning from a day off. When determining holiday pay for part-time employees, various factors come into consideration, including location, the number of hours worked, and company policy. We strive to be transparent about this during the hiring process, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue to look for ways to support our team members.
Your advice about ensuring property management communicates the necessary protocols to tenants is valuable. We do collaborate with property management to ensure tenants are well-informed about the service and to reduce the burden on our Service Valet's. While we strive to improve this communication, it is challenging to determine if property management is consistently providing the proper protocols to tenants or if tenants are paying attention to the information. We will continue to work on enhancing this aspect of our service.
