Honestly none at all. Just Say away

Cons

They don't pay enough. They don't pay for holidays. They think hourly rate is the way to go but they use to a day rate. They are happy with the turnover instead of working with their already great employees.

Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, minimal customer service needed

Cons

Unreasonable time budgets, will not cover broken equipment, constantly changing standards and pick up requirements, management is not clear with expectations until you've already failed them and performance reviews are inaccurate, some managers are great but most are not
