Pros

- Workout - Short work hours - Easy - Could be used for extra cash after a regular job - Phone App is user-friendly for tracking pickups/clocking in & out - All work supplies issued to you on the first day - Management is flexible for requested days off - $13/hr regular and $15/hr if you have a truck

Cons

- Hires truck owners only (You'd have to use your truck too) - Not enough money for what you deal with (for example 2 hrs/day at "$15/hr" and only walking away with 185 if I'm lucky after 2 weeks). Started at 7PM and ended at 10PM. That's 3 hours but was getting paid for 2.67 sometimes for whatever reason. - App would go down more than a few days so hours weren't properly marked/tracked - Work hours seemed to be skimmed to not pay their workers the amount they ACTUALLY worked (I have data and pictures to prove it). - Management doesn't fight for your hours - Account management for the app? They suck and deleted my account a couple of times. I had to ask my manager twice in the span of 2 1/2 months to have my account reactivated.

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
