      Pros

      Having to go to an almost empty office once a week really helps fix the nonexistent company culture...

      Cons

      I was duped into taking a job at this toxic company by their fake 5 star reviews. You can say I was catfished. This is a highly stressful aggressive company whose culture is extremely toxic and exhibits lack of direction. It is hard to know what policies need to be followed on a daily basis because of the lack of leadership and direction. There is a major lack of communication and collaboration between departments and employees. This company is filled with silent quitters whom lack the motivation to do anything because of the boring and toxic company culture and the very flawed and outdated product.

      - Since the company is going through a growth period there are many new projects underway which makes each day slightly different and engaging. - Great people and workforce culture with open concept work areas which makes collaboration easy. - Room for growth and advancement due to company expansion year after year. - Progressive management. Open to hearing and implementing new ideas which is necessary for a tech company.

      No company lot. Parking is paid.

      All jobs were remote Pay was good Bonus was good

      Cons

      I like hands off management but this company way too hands off. They throw you into the thick of things without assistance/direction. Management was barely involved in the day to day however wanted to implement rules that didn't make sense
