Cons
PTO policy is a scam. You have to put in a full year to collect and if "borrow" time and leave before the anniversary date you have to pay them for your time. So let's say you have worked for 9 months and needed a day off, you can take it but if you leave at month 11, you now owe Valforce 8 hours of pay from your final check. The health and wellness/ insurance benefits are not the best.
