Pros

- party culture if your into that - will take on inexperienced people straight out of uni

Cons

-They convince you you will make good commission as a salesperson but commissions only get paid when targets are hit, so if you dont hit target you will need to rely on a super low base. Leadership will also withhold commissions without explanation and 'make you earn it' in the following months. They only want results and you wont receive any support - they'll hire almost anyone in an inbound position to take huge amounts of calls, and then just get rid of you if you can't handle it. If your good enough you can progress to sales, but dont expect any grace time to learn or develop. They have a streamlined salesperson factory and dont care if you make it or not. - very unprofessional environment, you'll feel like your back in high school

Pros

Excellent reputation in the industry, Known as the top brokerage in the commercial space. Great leadership, very knowledgeable and experienced. Always investing time to provide training for us to become a better broker. Team manager is always supportive and knows how we all operate differently. Always coming up with new ways to help us becoming more successful in our role. Top-notch technology for a brokerage, thanks to the tech team doing all the heavy lifting. Awesome culture and vibes, always internal and external social events. Countless of incentives for hitting your individual and team KPIs. Always recognition for your hard work and rewarded for your consistency. If you are a grafter and believes hard work pays off, this is the place to be. If not, then I guess this is not for you.

Cons

Standard trading hours but could be long nights for those that don't check the time and wants to win. Could feel intense or stressful for those that are not self-efficient and prepared. Not the place to be if you prefer to live for the weekends and pay cheque after pay cheque. Plenty of daily interactions with clients and lenders, Not the place to be if you don't enjoy having a rapport and building relationships. Pay is only limited if you believe your potential is limited.

Pros

- Lots and lots of training, starting with 2 weeks intense onboarding help when you don't have background in finance. On going training every fortnight to attend. - Everyone in your team helps you on a daily basis, so that everyone is achieving targets. - Targets are achievable, like an sales role you need to put in the work and hours but once you make it, it's very worth it - Very social, everyone is really nice and friendly always event on.

Cons

- Work hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, an hour longer than I'm used to but very worth it once you start making comms
