      I am very happy working for Validata. The management is supportive and cares about their employees' growth and success, with continuous training, exposure to new technologies, always there to listen, etc . They genuinely encourage creativity, new ideas, and forward-thinking solutions. The Company Culture is strong, Collaborative, inclusive, and positive. My colleagues are talented and helpful The Compensation & Benefits package includes competitive salary, bonuses, and also support for remote work.

      - Company is good. - Extreme talented people work there.

      - The CEO creates an extremely hostile environment even though the company is good and people were good and friendly. - The CEO needs to learn how to manage people, and not treat them like machines, blaming failures on staff - The CEO has zero culture. - The CEO is extremely rude and lying about the salary. - The CEO shouting and threating all the time just for no reason. Is the worst company I've ever seen. - The CEO tries to find professionals but suggests a very low salary. - The CEO Vaios suggested working the initial time for free. - Validata Group was good however, the CEO was very unreliable. - The CEO asks to write fake reviews about the company.
