Pros
-There are many great co-workers who are genuinely awesome people -Dogs allowed in the office -Beer Friday -Some cool projects
Cons
-Low wage (improved some after the acquisition) -Extremely poor benefits (improved some after the acquisition) -Senior management is unwilling to remove low performers & toxic personalities at the cost of others who have to put up with it, and will only do so when push comes to shove. -The studio has difficultly retaining senior/good talents as their skills are absolutely not valued, most are only seen as a gap filler for the current project. This is why anyone who values their skill or worth will leave asap as they can easily find better employment elsewhere with higher pay & benefits. As they realized that they've been sold the moon during the initial interview but that was so far from reality when they started working there. As the owner loves to do bait and switch tactics on multiple people. -Hours can be long sometimes despite what was promised as part of the culture that "values your time".
