      none to speak of at all

      Cons

      No structure lw pay no incentives bank has no focus . Senior management is terrible. Have no idea what they are doing. Most of them just waiting t retire.

      - Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

      Cons

      The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.
